I am a sports freak who has travelled the world playing, coaching and developing teams that were in trouble. I love the business side of sports as much as I do playing Baseball.

I am a true leader and I take my responsibilities seriously. I take all of the criticism when things go south and give all of the credit to my team when we reach our goals.
