Jason Adam Oleet

Jason Adam Oleet is the Founder and a Managing Director of Oleet & Co., an investment banking firm known for its longstanding relationships with a number of well-established family offices that have direct investment initiatives.

At Oleet & Co., Mr. Oleet advises family offices as well as shareholders and management who seek investors with the ability to commit capital for ten or more years. In addition, through Oleet Capital Markets, Mr. Oleet leads the nation’s only investment banking practice focused on originating and executing EB-5 financings.

Mr. Oleet has been an investment banker and private equity investor his entire career. After receiving his A.B. in history from Middlebury College, Mr. Oleet moved to New York to join Deutsche Bank’s Industrials Group, where his work covered a diverse range of sophisticated transactions. In 2002, Mr. Oleet returned to Vermont and began work as an advisor to the direct investment arm of a Colorado-based family office, a role that he held until he co-founded Worth Mountain Capital Partners, a predecessor firm to Oleet & Co, in 2004. Mr. Oleet is the former Chairman of NSA Industries, a privately-held manufacturing company that is one of the largest private employers in Northern Vermont.

Mr. Oleet spent ten years as an interior structural firefighter, first with the Middlebury Fire Department and then with the Lincoln Volunteer Fire Company. Mr. Oleet remains a trustee of the Battell Hose Company.

From 2006 through 2009, Mr. Oleet served on the Board of the Middlebury College Alumni Association.
