Jason Behrman

Jason Behrman is a technology conceptualist, an idea developer and a filmmaker.

In December of 1996 Jason started work on DR. DOLITTLE for Fox, then stayed with the film’s director, Betty Thomas, for the next 3 years in development and production. He worked with Betty and her producing partner, Jenno Topping, to setup their company, Tall Trees Productions, with Sony. Over those years they developed dozens of great projects and completed production on four studio features: DR. DOLITTLE, CAN’T HARDLY WAIT, 28 DAYS and CHARLIE’S ANGELS.

In February of 2000, Jason and Mellany left their jobs to form their own production company, Revel Entertainment (renamed and rebranded Highway 9 Films in late 2005). Established as an entertainment company, they developed and produced multi-media properties including television interstitials & promos, Internet media, electronic press, television series, documentaries and feature films.

Over the last 9 years Highway 9 has partnered in the production of 7 feature films, 2 feature documentaries, 5 television commercial and branding campaigns, dozens of corporate and non-profit projects, development and pilot production for multiple television series and much more.
