I help people become more effective leaders so they can have a lasting, positive impact on themselves, their people, their organizations and the world.

I specialize in working with new and emerging business leaders, and with individuals who want to become more effective leaders in their personal life.

I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and leadership consultant, trained by the Coaches Training Institute. I'm also an Accredited Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, am certified in The Leadership Circle assessment and methodology, and have studied Organizational Relationship Systems withThe Centre For Right Relations. In addition, I'm honoured to represent the Coaches Training Institute as the CTI Ottawa Ambassador.
