• Responsible for all design studios obtainment of company's energy, water and material goals within project budget and schedule.
• Oversee the creative processes. This includes the ideation, presentation and execution of client projects and the fulfillment of the brand promise to clientele.

• Designed and managed built architectural projects with construction value over $1.2 billion dollars.

• Consistently managed and improved professional practices of external and internal team members, to produce quality deliverables within project parameters.
• Created high performance and sustainable design project workflow templates, which eliminated the use of third party sustainability consultants and generated an average of 18% production efficiency firm wide.
