BlackBerry Ltd was Jason's passion for nearly 10 years. Now he is seeking a new career to be passionate about.

As a Technical Lead Analyst at BlackBerry, Jason has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting not only BlackBerry Enterprise Server environments, including related devices, but a large team of Analysts as well. For the last year and a half of his career, Jason was directly supporting, educated and had direct input on the new BlackBerry Enterprise Licensing program. As a direct contributor to the project, he helped shape how the Enterprise Licensing program would be managed from a customer perspective, ensuring the product/project teams were aware of any customer impacts and related pitfalls. Working in highly agile environments, with customer focus, is what Jason thrives at and loves.

What he learns, he loves to educate back; "We've all been a New Hire and having a trainer who is engaged, personable, passionate and knowledgeable makes all the difference in the world, especially when you are in new/unfamiliar territories.I really like being 'that' trainer.It allows me to reflect on the knowledge I've gained, to give back and ensure new hires feel welcomed into their new work environment."

Jason says: I love to meet new and interesting people. I'm a foodie. I am easy going and get along with just about everyone. I try to live a stress-free life! I wish to explore the world, take in the culture, food and learn this history of the people and places! For fun, I like to enjoy the open roads on my Motorcycle. Nothing like riding on back country roads enjoying the Canadian Scenery!
