Jason Courcoux

I am a highly motivated and dedicated developer who is able to pick up new skills quickly, and has aptitude for solving problems. I work effectively both as part of a team, and individually, and enjoy good relationships with colleagues. I relish a challenge and approach my work creatively, thinking outside of the box when necessary. I have mentored developers at various levels and been successful as a team lead using agile methodologies. Working through the entire development life-cycle, I have liaised with stakeholders on projects at various levels including directors to identify requirements to fit the business needs, lead the architecture and technical design, implemented the solutions and presented them back to the business. I am always happy to help diagnose and solve problems, and often the first port of call for questions or advice on new technologies and implementations, especially within the Java enterprise or web space.
