Jason Dunn

I’m a technology geek that lives in the Seatte, Washington area - I came here to work for HTC in the winter of 2010 and am getting used to living amongst Americans after spending my entire life in Canada. My current role is with AT&T on their small business team - I'm involved in Business Circle, a resource and community site.

In my past life, I was the guy behind Thoughts Media Inc., which included Windows Phone Thoughts, Digital Home Thoughts, Zune Thoughts, Apple Thoughts, and Laptop Thoughts. I wrote reviews, posted news, managed a great communities of technology enthusiasts, and worked with some amazing volunteers. I did consulting as well, focusing on on-site consulting to complete out-of-box experience product analysis. I was also a freelance writer, having worked mostly with Microsoft over the years. I’ve written a few technology books in the past, including a book for Microsoft Press.

My educational background is in communications – I have a Bachelor of Applied Communications, specializing in Public Relations, from Mount Royal University in Calgary. I’m married to my wonderful wife Ashley, have two kids (Logan and Alanna) and a dog named Keiko.
