From Louisiana to Memphis to Texas, I have been working in the field of Industrial Engineering for the past 15 years. I currently hold the position of Corporate Engineer with Waste Management in Houston, TX. My duties include: o Developed the departmental routing policies and procedures based on best practices and corporate strategies.

o Optimize route numbers and structures to reduce trucks, drivers, hours, and miles to reduce operational cost.
o Developed KPI to measure operational performance against baseline performance and goals.
o Provide department new hires and operation training in routing processes and software usage.

My interests include spending time with my family, golfing, and riding my Harley.
