I left college pretty quickly when it failed to hold my attention and found myself being mentored in real estate by sales legends Zig Ziglar and Floyd Wickman. After 13 years selling houses in Austin, TX I began flying all over the US to coach and speak to real estate salespeople. While most of my work is still within the real estate industry, it's beginning to expand to a wider audience. I've been a coach for over 15 years now and work daily to help people deliberately chose the mindset and build the sales skills that will cause them to succeed. My own coach put it best. She said, "Jason, you have the ability to find the words that cause others to believe they can achieve their goals."
