Jason Endaya
Humanitarian Worker and MEAL Specialist in Southeast Asia
I enable teams to design, implement, and improve monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) systems for projects and programs. My aim is to ensure the collection of high-quality data that help teams make sound decisions and ultimately deliver impactful services to communities.
I have over 15 years' worth of experience in development and humanitarian contexts, performing MEAL systems design; results-based project management; program quality assurance; program/business development; and capacity-building. Academically, I specialize in International Development Studies and Development Economics, and I am trained in econometrics and data analysis.
On a personal note: I'm from 1 of the 7,641 islands of the Philippines. My full name anagrams to "sane and a joy" which I believe is an accurate description of me. (Go ahead and ask my mother.) I enjoy photography, music, traveling and exploring. A happy day is one spent with my family, and would typically involve having my toes in the sand, a cold beer in my hand, and zero emails. I'm on an epic quest to find the best fried chicken in the world.
