Move better, feel better
Movement is so important for physical and mental health. There can be lots of barriers to being more active. For a start, our brains evolved in an environment where we had to be active just to survive. Now we can get food and shelter with very little physical effort, yet our brains are still hard wired to conserve energy whenever we can.
Most approaches within the fitness industry are based on sports performance and body building. Great if you want to get the quickest adaptations, but for most of us what we really need to be doing is moving better and moving more often.
My approach focuses on how you move. Not high intensity workouts or comparing yourself to others.
