Recently, I watched in disbelief George W. Bush's convoluted speech-to the House of Representatives. It had been rather telling that this conversation was not in primetime but rather at 9 a.m. (6 a.m. in the West). I know a whole lot about politics because I compose political thrillers (www.thetwentyfirstcentury.com) and I'm constantly doing research for my books and articles. However it doesn't have a author of politics, as well as one who doesn't follow politics, to appreciate that yesterday what George Bush said made zero sense. With all the current (main) problems he and the Republican party have been in, it is no surprise he has suddenly chosen to speak (or deceive) the American people about America's economics: November is coming.
Essentially, Bush stated that their state of our economy is in sound condition and is getting stronger everyday. Am I mad, or has George Bush tripled the debt because he took office (and doubled his income immediately after being sworn in)?

The Iraqi War will cost close to a trillion dollars by the time it ends and we restore what we destroyed over there, destroying our economy over here.
There is still the rebuilding of New Orleans and other towns, as well as what problems are coming in the probable forseeable future.
Think about the millions of dollars each day in curiosity our country is accumulating?
Bush really wants to spend a fortune protecting our borders, not from terrorists, but from poor Mexican families who have no jobs and must feed their families. The terrorists are arriving from other cities and Canada, not from Mexico.
Rates of interest rise each month, forcing Americans to pay more on the bank cards and their school loans and their mortgages, etc. Since people can't afford a home AND a huge interest, besides rising property taxes property costs have begun to decrease every year, to fund it, because of that. Isn't this raising taxes by way of a different name.
George Bush still feels, and plans to keep the absurd tax rebate (millions to the rich, a pittance to the poor).
The price of buying gas is increasing the expense of every thing we buy, even though the oil organizations are experiencing great profits (Exxon/Mobil received $340 BILLION a year ag
