I'm passionate about helping others feel valued. To see value in themselves, value for others and value in a life helping others.

Born in Fresno, California and now living in Redding, everyday I'm faced with the beautiful outdoors at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, Coastal and Cascade mountains.

Ihave over 15 years experience training and developing staff from small startups to mid-sized non-profits to larger for-profit organizations. I enjoy using consultations, workshops and all of the 10+ books I've written to help leaders create higher levels of engagement and productivity with their teams.

I'm certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and earned a Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Industrial Tech from California State University, Fresno,

I love to encourage leaders to create healthier, happier and more engaged teams. I lead trainings and workshops on leadership development, Strengths Training, DISC Assessments, 360 Reviews and more to educate, empower and equip others discover they are valued.

I founded Launchable Leadership to bring value to individuals and organizations by helping them better understand their performance style and how to improve their influence, team work and efficiency.
