Jason M. Hill is the Founding Partner of Sound Advice Consulting Services. A highly motivated and dedicated individual, Mr. Hill has spent the past twelve years working successfully in the information technology, consulting, staffing, and recruitment process outsourcing industries. As a project manager/consultant and recruitment specialist, Mr. Hill has managed and placed contract and full-time professionals in positions ranging from entry-level to executive management. Prior to Sound Advice, Mr. Hill consulted with IBM, created a successful boutique staffing firm, and was a top performer for two publicly traded technology recruiting and staffing companies.

Mr. Hill's clients include firms within the following industries: Information Technology, Medical/Healthcare, Consulting, Green Initiatives/Renewable Energies, Banking/Financial Services, Transportation, Bio-Technology, Pharmaceutical, Legal, and Retail. He has provided staffing/consulting solutions for these clients at the contract, direct hire, RPO, and solution/project levels.

Mr. Hill is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He also earned his MBA from the Zicklin School of Management at Baruch College (CUNY). Mr. Hill has been designated a certified project manager (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is an active member in both the national and New York (PMINYC) chapters. He is also a certified Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance. In 2009 he served as President of the Board of Directors for the New York Staffing Association (NYSA) where in October 2009, he was recognized by the American Staffing Association (ASA) for outstanding merit, chapter leadership, and service. Mr. Hill is also an active member of the following professional associations: Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resources Association of New York (HR/NY), and National Human Resources Association (NHRA).
