I am a husband and father, raising two hard working, smart, and beautiful girls in partnership with my wonderful wife. I have one daughter released to the wilds of the Real World.
I am a Catholic, skier, geek, camper, hiker, and reader. I am a subscriber to the ancestral health template and love to lift heavy things.
