Jason Illoulian is a serial entrepreneur and Managing Partner at Faring Capital. As Co-Founder, President and General Counsel of 1 On 1 Academic Tutors, he grew the company into a leading nationwide organization with 100 employees and 4,000 tutors in under two years. His legal and urban planning training gave him the tools needed to develop several innovative real estate developments in West Hollywood. He also invests in tech companies and patent portfolios. He founded Faring Capital in 2009 after earning a bachelor's degree in International Economics from Georgetown University, a master's degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from Harvard University, and a law degree from Emory University.
