I am an aspiring Information Technologies professional with a customer service focused background. My broad experience in the food service industry has instilled many values that transfer across all industries.
I bring an honest and straight-forward approach to problem solving and interpersonal communications. I am able to view problems with solutions in mind, and to plan for consequences from those solutions, dynamically and efficiently. Through management training and experience, I ably empathize and relate to all types of people and conflicts, while objectively looking for consensus. Often, because of my history, I am looked to for training and guidance for colleagues in my current position.
I plan to combine my formal training and proven customer-service, managerial, and leadership skills in an Information Technology position with a focus on networking and telecommunications.
