Jason Lee is CEO and Founder of DailyPay, a venture backed financial technology company that enables employees to access their wages before payday. DailyPay partners with large enterprises to offer its technology solution to their workforces, which results in a meaningful reduction in turnover and related cost savings. Since launching in 2016, DailyPay has helped over 30,000 people across the country pay bills on time, make rent, and meet financial goals. Before starting DailyPay, Jason was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs for nearly two decades where he most recently ran the Global Structured Equity Group. Jason has been recognized as one of the premier thought leaders in global finance by the International Financing Review and Milken Global Institute. Jason serves a hot breakfast every Saturday to New York's homeless population at the Father's Heart Soup Kitchen. Jason graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
