Being a visionary has always been my driving force and I have excelled in my career by combining two disparate ideas to create new products and services. In early 2000 when completed my MBA, I needed to set myself apart from the competition for full time job offers in a post dot com bust era. Static paper resumes never really held my attention so I decided to create an interactive video resume product that fit on a business card sized CD-ROM with the subject answering a predefined set of questions. I actually found one of these CDs the other day and was amazed that it still worked and how forward thinking the product was even today. I continued to innovate under J. Russell Media Group and while working in corporate America for a Big 5 consulting firm, a global ISP, and in the mobility space as a Strategy Consultant. I have always prided myself with thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile. I learned more about myself running J. Russell Media than at any point in my career because when you are a sole proprietor, there is no one to blame but yourself if you don't meet a deadline or satisfy the client's needs.

I truly believe that innovation is the key to success and that the most innovative companies on the planet are helping to drive the new economy. With that said, my leadership, education, business acumen, and varied skill set have been the driving factors in my career growth and maturation.

I have worked with companies domestic and global refining direction and processes, assisted with launching brands, managed social media campaigns, and have been looked at as a subject matter expert in my chosen area of discipline. My passion lies in innovation and finding new ways to collaborate. My goals are to assist with the navigation in this murky place called "technology" and continue to drive innovation.
