Jason Masters is a highly regarded professional in the corporate, IT and program governance arena. Running his own business providing strategic advice in this area, he is also the Independent Chair for a number of high profile Government Agencies Audit and Risk Committees (in the area of Health Complaints, Corruption, Ombudsman and Rail Transport Infrastructure). His consulting has taken him throughout the AustralAsia Region (India, Sinapore, China, Korea, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Japan, Australia) as well as the USA. He is an author on Computer Security, Internal Audit and Probity and a contributor to publications on Boards. He is a public speaker and has spoken through out AsiaPacific and the USA. He is the co-sponsor of a network of Independent Members of Audit and Risk Committees to share knowledge and increase the effectiveness of Audit and Risk Committees.
