Jason McDougall Fields

Jason McDougall was unusually driven from a young age, long before he took over as the CEO of Fields. McDougall grew up in a tiny town of 126 people in Saskatchewan. Three days after graduating from Luther High School in Regina, he moved to Vancouver, BC with his high school sweetheart. He started his first business, three months after graduation with only $350. Seven years later, the company brought in over eleven million dollars in revenue.
