So, I love that moment when I can take something so very confusing and make it make sense to everyone. It's best when I get people from that confused stare to having them passionately doing whatever I'm doing for themselves. (I get extra chances to do this with my four year old) This could be telling people about Jesus, guiding them through an HR policy, or training them on a new IT system. I thrive on connecting others to better people or better technology.
