I consider myself an IT Guru and Bodybuilding Coach. For the past 20 years, I have worked in the IT industry as a network engineer, systems administer, IT Director and most currently the Director of Educational Technologies for Florida A&M University. My areas of expertise are with Cisco based networks, Telepresence, Collaboration, Microsoft Servers and a myriad of instructional technologies used in higher education.

When not working at Florida A&M or tinkering inside of a computer; I run a bodybuilding coaching business with Unique Physiques. I help people of all walks of life lose weight, build muscle and completely transform their physique to be a competitive athlete.
