I believe we ought to steward responsibility with excellence and lead by example. When we are not excellent, I believe in pro-actively communicating with others. Accountability is a rare and powerful value I cherish.

I believe marketing is a reflection of who we are and one of the most powerful ways we impact others is by sharing our story. Creating, curating and distributing stories is an area I thrive in. Identifying problems and mapping out a plan for how we will solve our problems is where I can excel at a high level. Being able to quickly translate how a strategy translates into actions allows us to make tangible progress from our plans.

Relationships are a high priority for me and maintenance is key to having strong ones. Strong relationships on a team allow for more effective productivity in our work. A strong culture within a team allows me to lead us successfully towards our defined vision and this is a process I am familiar and effective in. I write and speak, and I have done so for over 7 years. Learning social media fundamentals before they came to be in their present form, I understand and use them effectively. My skills and abilities come from over 10 years in the marketing and advertising industry and being an entrepreneur.
