Jason Morganstern

Jason Morganstern is responsible for the development and execution of strategic planning for the assets managed by White Wolf Properties. A dynamic hands-on executive, Jason Morganstern’s areas of focus and leadership include deal origination, underwriting, capital acquisition, secure financing, creation of operating plans, asset management, lease negotiations, construction and development, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of each portfolio and/or managing entity.

Jason Morganstern brings over 15 years of high-level experience in the retail real estate industry. Prior to founding White Wolf, he rose to prominence as a Senior Leasing Advisor with The Shopping Center Group, managing more than 50 properties for this national firm. In 2013 Jason was tasked with launching The Shopping Center Group’s first operations center in Boca Raton, Florida. Under his direction, the office surpassed projections and generated over a million dollars in revenue within 2 years. Jason Morganstern duties included business development, running the leasing and management portfolio and the day to day operation of the office.

In 2019, Jason Morganstern founded White Wolf Properties.

Jason Morganstern holds dual bachelor’s degrees from American University (Washington, DC) in both Economics and Public Policy.
