By day I'm the Program Manager and consultant at the Small Business Development Center in Milwaukee, WI. I do business consulting to help people launch their startups and get their dream business up and running. I also help with goal setting and strategic planning with existing businesses to help get their progress back on track. We map out the product/service, create a sales and marketing plan and track cash flow and profit margin.

By night I am a business and career coach, offering mentoring and coaching services to professionals looking for a bit of balance. Adept in MBTI, Lean Startup, and Six Week Start I provide a focused and integrated approach to helping others with their goals. I've also been involved in theater (for more than 16 years) in various capacities on and off stage. This experience in business and performance has provided a rewarding background in operations and gives me unique insight as to building partnerships.

I received my B.A. in Religious Studies with a minor in Chemistry from Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In 2010 I obtained my business coaching certification from UW-Milwaukee. I will have my certificate in Data Analytics in February 2020 and am focusing on leveraging data to drive measurable results.Also trained in Reiki (levels I &II), Tarot reading, martial arts and meditation techniques which help balance the inner desires of the spirit with professional goals of the working world.
