Jason Nieva

Currently serving as Director of UP Cebu’s Technology Transfer and Business Development Office, Mr. Jason Nieva has a decade’s worth of experience with the IT Industry. From his Certificate Studies on E-commerce, he has since earned various other distinctions in the field.

During his appointment as the head of UP Cebu’s Computing Services Unit, now called as the Information Technology Center, the unit’s accomplishment include successfully integrating the UP Cebu system with the university’s unified database dubbed as eUP.

Mr. Nieva is also a registered patent agent with work involving linkages with, among others, DOST, DTI, and various universities. The BS Math graduate is a data analyst and from time to time dabbles in writing.

While Mr. Nieva boasts of a 4-0 courtship record, his greatest accomplishment by far is getting married to his beautiful and to-die-for wife."
