I am a licensed CPA with more than 25 years of experience advising clients on strategic tax and financial planning. In particular I specialize in Federal and Oklahoma tax credits and incentives.

As a business adviser and tax consulting professional, I regularly provide tax services to public companies and closely held businesses in a variety of industries including telecommunications, software developers, manufacturing, construction, banks, and non-depository mortgage banks.

Professionally, I am a member of the Tax Committee of the Oklahoma Society of CPA's, a member of the American Institute of CPA's, and a member of the Institute of Professionals in Taxation.

I have also regularly served as a subject matter expert to State Real Estate Commissions, State Bond Housing Finance Commissions, and as a mortgage banking adviser to some of the largest financial services firms in America.

Additionally, I am a decorated Veteran of the U.S. Army where I served as an Infantry Squad Leader in Operation Desert Storm.
