Currently based in Houston, Texas, Baris has a proven track record of helping companies scale strategically by leading high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and building strong executive-level partnerships.

Baris began his academic journey at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His engineering background has given him a technical edge in navigating complex industrial environments—something that sets him apart from many traditional business professionals. Fluent in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of Turkish, Baris Kabuloglu also brings valuable language skills that enhance his ability to operate in multicultural settings and international markets.

He launched his career in Mexico City, where he spent nearly a decade honing his business development skills. His first significant leadership role came as Business Development Manager at Mercados y Distribución Internacionales. From there, he joined the ORDI Group as Vice President of Operations, overseeing company performance and strategic growth for seven years. In 2011, Baris relocated to Houston, where he served as Managing Partner at OneShot for ten years, playing a key role in driving the company’s success.

Throughout his career, Baris Kabuloglu has built and led teams of over 50 people, cultivated long-term client relationships, and negotiated complex contracts with Fortune 500 companies. His strengths lie in aligning business goals with operational strategies, particularly within the Consumer Products and Industrial Goods sectors. His experience spans supply chain logistics, procurement, production, sales, and distribution—making him a well-rounded and results-driven leader.
