Jason Swaney

Jason Swaney is a seasoned real estate professional with two decades of experience. Originally from upstate New York, he relocated to Prince William County in 1998 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004. In 2024 he returned to his hometown of Trumansburg NY and is now a NY Lic. Real Estate Salesperson serving clients in the greater Finger Lakes region.

Throughout his career, Jason has been committed to providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through every step of the real estate transaction process. His dedication to honesty and integrity has fostered a strong base of repeat clients and referrals.

In addition to his real estate practice, Jason has taken on leadership roles within the industry. He was elected as a Director of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William and has served as a Virginia Realtors Delegate.
