Jason Wible has worked as the President and Owner of FrenchCreek Fall Safety in Franklin, Pennsylvania, since 2007. He became part of the FrenchCreek team in January 1995. FrenchCreek Fall Safety is a U.S. manufacturer of top-quality fall-arrest and rescue systems. Jason Wible was passionate about ensuring that American Made is at the core of the company's growth and success in manufacturing top-quality fall-arrest and rescue systems. Jason Wible was born in Franklin, Pennsylvania. He had always taken pride in his historic hometown and wanted to continue his career there. He graduated from Franklin Area High School in Franklin, PA. In addition to consistently maintaining high grades in school, he excelled as a musician and all-conference football player. After High School, he enrolled at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, and finished his bachelor's degree in 1994. Shortly after graduation, Jason Wible worked as a Product Manager at FrenchCreek's original headquarters. In 2013, he acquired a larger facility at 100 N.13th Street, Franklin, PA, which became the company's new head office.

In addition to his position as company president, Jason Wible is actively involved with youth athletics and local economic development activities in his Venango County community. He even sponsored and coached numerous youth baseball teams in Franklin, PA. He has also volunteered to coach youth "little gridders" football in Franklin, PA, and is currently the Assistant Football Coach at Franklin Area High School. More than that, Jason Wible has served as Vice Chairman of the Franklin Industrial and Commercial Development Authority Board (FICDA) and is a member of the UPMC Corporation Board. His past board memberships include Child Development Centers, Inc. of Franklin, PA, and Venango Industrial Development Authority.
