Jason Zakocs

An entrepreneur and real estate expert, Jason Zakocs is the CEO of Zen Goodness Company, a real estate company dedicated to improving the housing situation in the greater Atlanta area. As the company’s CEO, Jason Zakocs oversees the purchase, financing, renovation, design, and ground-up building of houses.

Before starting Zen Goodness Company in 2017, Mr. Zakocs was the CEO of zcreation, Inc., a company he started in 2006 with the idea of making a difference in Atlanta by helping locate, purchase, renovate, and build properties. He had previously worked as a builder for an award-winning construction company in Santa Barbara, where he learned about high-quality renovation and house design.

Aside from his real estate expertise, Jason Zakocs is a musician, writer, and published poet. He has recorded several albums and written over 100 songs. Furthermore, he is a certified breathwork practitioner and an avid yoga practitioner. His other passions are woodworking, hiking, traveling, kayaking, surfing, and sailing.
