Jacob Asparian

Jacob has lived in Oshawa for the past 15 years. He was introduced to the business world at a very young age and owned his own watch and jewellery repair stores with 9 employees by his 21st birthday. Jacob realized, however, that his interests and passion was in real estate. After taking the courses Jacob sold his stores and started his career as a realtor by the time he was 22.

Within his first 2 years in the business, Jacob earned his Broker designation as well as being awarded the Rookie of the Year award. Over the last 6 years, Jacob has built up a business which is over 80% referral based. He attributes this to his many years of retail experience and customer service. He gives all of his clients honest advice and always makes sure that all of their questions are answered. Also, along with residential real estate, he has worked on multiple commercial and investment properties. From office and retail leases to multi-million dollar land deals. No deal is too big or too small for Jacob.

As a proud foodie, Jacob enjoys trying out the different restaurants and finding the next hidden gem where ever he goes with his friends and family.
