Jasper Paenhuysen

I am a 21 year old Cross Media student currently living in Herentals, Belgium. At this moment I am in my last year of Cross media. I already have a bachelor in Office Management: Human Resources.

I chose to take on another bachelor in Cross Media as an addition to the administrative and people skills I learned in Human Resources. Cross Media allows me to get a notion of online advertising as well as managing the different online portals of a company.

I believe having these skills are an extra on top of the standard Office Manager package. These days a company has no more excuse to not be present online. Not having a dedicated online strategy can cause a company to miss a large amount of potential prospects.

As for my preferred work environment. I would like to work in a start-up or a small to medium sized business where employees treat eachother friendly and respectfully. Supporting eachother is also of great significance as it will boost internal relationships and motivation.
