After completing his Engineering & MBA, he did public sector corporate planning for few years with additional profile of projects engineer into renewable sector. He did short online courses on Innovation, Design thinking, Blended learning, Developing innovative ideas, financing new venture and to name a few. At very young age he represented our nation many times at different international platforms.

He runs his own group of companies called WE – Group | Volcano of GloCal solutions. WE Group is into Strategic Management & Business development consulting, Start-up consulting, rural development, (Youth + Citizen + women) Empowerment, Skill development, Community development, Entrepreneurship, Education and appreciative journalism with vision of making this world a better place to live.

He is Founder of GloCal CoWorking Space, Rajkot | CoLead of GrowR, international peer to peer mentorship platform, CoFounder of ‘Parinday - India Pakistan friendship project’ and ‘Alumni Achievers – promoting extra ordinary stories of achievers and entrepreneurs of alumni.

He is youth advisory board member of international organization “Challenge Future” and he is advisor to “Google Business Group (GBG) & “Women on Web (WoW)” for Rajkot Chapter.

He is motivational, social, managerial & soft skill trainer. He shared his knowledge & expertise at many national & international programs as speaker and/or panel member.

Adding to that more than 15 of his articles are published at international platforms. He is writing 2 books with the title of “Does world really understand youth?” & “Innovation in corruption”.
