Dear B3 Family,

I, Jatin Bansal, am pleased to propose my candidacy for the position of Tower Representative (TR) for our Tower!

Having been one of the first residents to take possession in B3 Tower in 2016, I have witnessed the growth and challenges of our society firsthand. Over the years, I have been deeply involved in addressing the needs of our residents and contributing towards resolving issues, not just in B3 Tower but across the society as a whole.

Duties of a Tower Representative (TR): As your TR, my key responsibilities would include:

•Representing Our Tower:I will ensure that every resident in B3 Tower has their voter ID created so that everyone can participate in the AOA elections with their full voting rights.

•Advancing Social Welfare:I will work towards promoting initiatives for social welfare, focusing on the overall well-being of our residents and the community.

•Maximizing Engagement:It is crucial to maximize the engagement of residents, ensuring that everyone feels heard and involved in the development and growth of our tower and society.

•Supporting Initiatives for the Betterment of Society: I will actively support and work towards improvements in infrastructure, safety, amenities, and overall environment in Cherry County.

•Transparency and Registration:I will ensure the transparency of AOA election proceedings, making sure all residents are informed and involved in decision-making.
