Achieving my dreams has always been the most important thing to me. I was born in New York City and raised in the Dominican Republic. I come from a background where we had to work hard to earn anything we wanted. I learnt French for over 5 years during my middle and high school. After my high school graduation, I moved to Orlando to start my Entertainment Business course at full sail university, and also took an event and wedding planning course online. Since my childhood, I had a gift in the culinary field: the kitchen was my playground. When I graduate, I would like to go to culinary school and at the same time take another step by starting my own restaurant. Penzo Tapas Lounge & Bar will be a one of its kind, classy and unique in a way as never seen before. It would be a unique fusion between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Food is essential for human survival, its’ about time it tastes good!
