I used to be a picky eater, in a way, I guess I still am.

I'm a classically trained chef whose culinary style can be described as "simple elegance."

I enjoy creating fresh dishes with an infusion of new flavors. I travelled around Europe and worked in NY kitchens with a wide variety of cultural backgrounds represented. This gave me great exposure to a mix of cuisines, which I like bringing into my food.

I manage a great kitchen team, creating a healthy work environment of respect and productivity, and lead by example with enthusiasm and commitment.
