Judy Attwood

I am an artist and printmaker based in Athens, Greece. I have taught art and design in schools and art colleges in the UK and Greece and am currently involved with IB visual arts teaching and examining. My work is regularly exhibited in Greece and is currently on show at the Aegialis Hotel & Spa, Amorgos. Work has been featured in ‘Artist & Illustrator’ and ‘Villa Casa’ magazines and included in the ‘International Contemporary Print show’, Cornwall.

My work explores the natural and man made forms seen in the Greek landscape. As an English artist living in Greece I present my experience of a more exotic landscape, one bathed in light and intense colour. My relationship with Greece is reflected in my work, I believe that by returning to nature we can find the positive energy required to revitalize ourselves.
