Jaume Catala

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and member of the International Coach Federation as Associate Certified Coach (ACC). My understanding of various contexts and situations stems from my experience of working in different industrial and service context in a variety of cultural settings, primarily within Europe. I work with my clients to prepare them to achieve their goals as individuals and leaders, helping them to effectively improve their performance.

More recently, I have been involved in executive coaching projects aimed at improving leadership and team management skills and habits of high-level executives. I am used to work with a wide variety of techniques and methodologies to address the differing needs of the situations that my clients may be facing.

While working mainly with individual clients and companies in New York City I also continued to serve international clients abroad. During these engagements I focus on performance enhancement through improved communication, strength-based change management and successful team building, which I work out with my clients with creativity, integrity and patience.

After developing my career in sales and consultancy in Barcelona for over a decade, I moved to the US in 2012 until December 2013. I am currently based in Barcelona devoted to Education projects.
