Javier Herrera

I´m from Mar del Plata, Argentina, but I consider myself a world citizen. I have lived in five countries, and I travel a lot as a management consultant. When you talk to me, you never get one viewpoint but contrasting perspectives on economic, political, cultural, and social aspects.

I am always asking “What´s next?”

I entered management consulting to see all the industries and decide which one I liked best. I now know that I really love consulting. I’m going to pursue an MBA to have the opportunity to take on bigger and better projects worldwide.

It’s possible that I’m not the typical management consultant. My philosophy is that it’s better to take the hard path if more people are benefited.

I’m involved and committed with my community. I am an active investor in a Mexican construction company, where we hire about 120 workers per year, feeding a lot of families. I also advise the board of the Ciudad de los Niños, which focuses on providing low-income children with great educations.

I am a person whom you can trust. I never give up.
