I'm passionate about health, food, family, entertaining, and photography. I have lived in 5 different countries and love to travel with my equally adventurous family. I was born and lived most of my life in Southern Africa and currently live in Windhoek, Namibia. I am now a certified Holistic Health Counsellor (IIN, AADP) and help, everyone that i can, balance spirituality, health (in particular the food they eat) and everyday life in order to live the best life we can.

I also LOVE to bake cupcakes! I am a daughter, sister, wife and mother of two beautiful boys... and i am Baha'i!
