I l enjoy life creating. new ways and forms that will easy our life hood. As a teacher I have devoted much of my time to acting and as a housewife designing menus from two mayor areas in my life; one the native Quechua and vasca- cousine ( thath from my paretns) and Italian-Sephardi cousine ( from my husband side).By missinng them i have to create new receipes. The idea is to bring my fictional to the world culinary . The most amazing fusion in the expanding and enrichment of the culinary arts.MI dream is to own a restaurant in any of following great cities that I've been in my heart, Ney York, Dublin, London, Buenos Aires, Madrid, Barcelona.
