Javier Loya

I am an entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and nationally recognized business leader who prides myself on embodying the modern American Dream.

Raised in a hardworking family of seven children in El Paso, TX, I learned early that nothing is given; everything is earned. That foundation shaped a mindset rooted in ownership, accountability, and relentless execution.

I went on to found OTC Global Holdings, building it into the largest independent inter-dealer commodities brokerage in the world, connecting global energy markets and creating opportunities across one of the most complex industries in the economy. I later sold OTC Global Holdings to a public company.

Today, I serve as Chairman of GETCHOICE!, a fast-growing technology platform helping organizations take control of their energy and utility spend, and am a minority owner of the NFL Houston Texans, one of the most valuable franchises in professional sports.

Beyond business, I am deeply committed to expanding opportunities for young students. I am the founder of the Greater El Paso Showcase, an initiative that has helped hundreds of student-athletes gain exposure and access to college opportunities, demonstrating my belief that success should multiply beyond the individual.

I am also the creator of Own The Dream, an actionable platform and movement redefining what success looks like in today’s world. Through my keynote speaking, writing, and leadership, I consistently challenge individuals and organizations to stop waiting for opportunity and start building it.
