Born and raised in the Repubic of Panama but Jacksonville Beach, FL is where I work, eat, drink, play and sleep. My passion is working with Recruiting Technology to help companies attract and retain top talent not by just posting jobs but by selling themselves as a brand, a culture, an environment where top talent would want to work at. I work at Jobvite as an Implementation Manager and can actually say that I love my job. I also enjoy spending time with my family, surfing, cycling, cooking, traveling, the Jacksonville Jaguars and experiecing different cultures.
