Javier Jaquez is a Management Information Systems major at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He is on course to graduate in May 2018.
Javier was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas; that is where his love for Texas Tech came from. He is a first generation college student with dreams of success. He participates in various organizations, such as: Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society, Hispanic Student Society, and Association of Information Technology Professionals. In his first semester at Texas Tech, he earned a 4.0 GPA and 3.916 GPA his second semester. He is highly dedicated and focused on his bright future.
