Basically, I have worked in five different areas and I have knowledge and passion about Real Estate, Tourism focused in exclusive and charming boutique hotels, in the Sunglasses & Optical industry, in the Natural stone & Engineered stone industry and in several Michelin starred restaurants.

I left home at 16 and I feel like an authentic Palmero, Chicharrero, Madrileño, New Yorker, Miameño, Cancunense, Playense, Tulumnense, Donostiarra, Sydneysider and now Adelaidean.
All these places where I have lived have given to me great and unforgettable experiences and have had a strong influence on my way to see life.
I am a lover of good food and good wine, I love to laugh, I value honesty and loyalty of the people, I like the truth, I do not like to waste time with liars, I love traveling and I'm an entrepreneur, enthusiastic, dreamer, nonconformist, sportsman and a professional cook as well.
In 2014, I decided to make one of my dreams come true and two years later, in 2016, I finished my studies at “Luis Irizar´s Cooking School” in San Sebastian, Basque Country:
Nowadays, I am focused on new challenges and interesting projects in Spain with ISLAFARM www.islafarm.es and in Australia making craft cheesecakes through “The Cheesecake Project”.
