I have more than 10 years of experience leading projects of business and strategic plans, cost reductions, digital transformations, growth strategies and operation efficiency work for Tier-1 consulting companies. I have mainly in the Media& Entertainment industry however I also have experience across a range of industries including Telecommunications, Energy and Retail.

Currently I am running my own consulting firm, Seika Consulting focused on business and digital strategies, operating models, cost management, customer strategies and corporate transformations. In addition I am one of the co-founders of DeLuxe Events, an event company based in Marbella which designs and creates memorable events tailored to each client's style and personality
