José-Antonio is a Certified Accredited Professional Leadership & Executive Coach and author born in Lima, Peru. At the age of fifteen he stared working on Leadership initiatives designing a sustainable training portfolio to assist municipal governments. Since then he had the opportunity to craft his education and experience as a coach. José-Antonio holds a Masters in Strategic Human Resources Management. He also holds a degree in Communications, Public Relations and Social Media. The exposure to a global reality helped him lay the foundation to create his own organization: JAVSmundo Leadership Coaching - Learning & Development. José-Antonio is a community leader. He is actively engaged working as a consultant with non-profit organizations and local leaders. José-Antonio lives in West Hollywood, California.
